Dr. Frank Kenneth Bergman was born in New York, and he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Biology at
St. John's University.
He went on to study Chiropractic at Columbia Institute of Chiropractic (New York College of Chiropractic) and earned his Doctorate in 1976 and opened his practice in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Josh Lamont holds a 2nd dan black belt in Haidong Gumdo. He has trained with Masters Dong Jin Park and Sang Won Oh as well as Dr. Frank Bergman. He began his training in 2005. He is now an instructor at the Haidong Martial Arts Academy in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
Joseph Ham is a third dan instructor at Haidong Martial Arts Academy in Levittown, Pennsylvania. He began his training in 2004 at the then National Headquarters under Masters Dong Jin Park and Sang Won Oh.
He continued his studies in Chiropractic Orthopedics and became a Diplomate of Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1988. Several years later, he received his Fellowship in the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedics.
Dr. Bergman served as President of the Pennsylvania Academy of Chiropractic Physicians as well as being a past President of the Bucks County Chiropractic Society. He is a current member of the Council on Chiropractic Orthopedics, American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedics, and the American Chiropractic Association.
With a life-long passion for Asian disciplines and meditation, he has studied martial arts since 1972 and has trained in Tai Chi, Aikido, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do and Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Martial Art).
Dr. Bergman has been teaching martial arts for 30 years and holds a Masters 4th dan black belt in Haidong Gumdo and a 5th dan black belt in the World Taekwondo Federation.
In 2008 he competed in the 'World Gumdo Games' in Korea where he also had the opportunity to study the people and culture of Korea.
Dr Bergman lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and has two grown daughters.
